All creative content, scripts, video files, and deliverables remain the property of Big Steps LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers as outlined in the client’s service agreement.

Big Steps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or communications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
