Big Steps LLC provides video marketing, video production, and advertising management services. Specific project details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

  • Customer support and service-related communications

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and active projects. We do not guarantee message delivery timing.

3c. Carrier Disclaimer / No Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Big Steps LLC is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or any actions taken in reliance on the messages.

3d. Age Restriction (18+)

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Big Steps LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to enroll the provided phone number to receive text messages. If you are not 18 (or the age of majority), you may not opt in.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative content, scripts, video files, and deliverables remain the property of Big Steps LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers as outlined in the client’s service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Big Steps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or communications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
